Preparing for Your Treatment
To avoid irritation, shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments. For your safety, please remove contact lenses prior to facial services or treatments. Spa Etiquette
For the comfort of all guests, please turn off cellular phones, laptops and pagers prior to arrival. Smoking is prohibited in the facility. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol. Your therapist may terminate the service without a refund if inappropriate language or actions occur.
No Children Please
For the enjoyment and safety of all visitors, NaF Spa guests must be at least 18 years old.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the length of your treatment will be reduced allowing our therapists to take their next scheduled appointment on time. Cancellations
We understand there are times when you may need to cancel your appointment. Please call at least 12 hours in advance of your appointment time to avoided a cancellation fee. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify the spa at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% service charge.
May I Bring the Spa Home?
Nifty after Fifty has a full line of skin care products, clothing and spa accessories available for sale in our reception area.
Our Tipping Policy
Gratuities for your service provider are discretionary. Please ask the front desk staff for guidelines when you make your reservations or when you are checking in our out. Let Us Know
Please advise our staff if you have any allergies, if you are pregnant, recovering from recent surgery, taking any medications or have any existing medical concerns. We will gladly discuss your goals, preferences and answer any questions.
Massage Therapists
Please let us know when booking your appointment if you have a preference for a male or female massage therapist. |
